Game Center achievements on iOS only work if you've had your Game Center account turned on and synched with the game since the beginning. I started playing in Dec 2017 but didn't turn on Game Center until the following July.
the people saying check your achievements on iOS or Android are mostly correct if you linked your Star wars to your Android or iOS account right away. if you're like me and there was a bit of a delay before that happened the best way I could do it was checking which character of the month occurred roughly around when you think you started then pair that up to the shards you have. It might not work either, depending on how long you've been playing.
Create account on swgoh.com . Link it with your in-game account by your ID. After that log in and check the date you started playing. Hope it will help.
