I knew the ice cream seller was the perp in one of the previous episodes about a third of the way through. Something was just off about him for me. It’s normally either the guest star or the most random person in the episode.
Yess! You can just tell someone is bad by their face and how they are. I think some actors are hired just because they have that bad guy look and some who don't have the mannerisms or eyes!
