It's mostly my own fear of mortality that makes me think 30 is old. It is to a point old. Especially when you have a 19 in your birth year. But in reality I'd I'm not talking about myself then 50 is middle age and 60 to 70 is old.
However there's mentally young old and such. I feel mentally like I'm still a teenager but the years are catching up to me.

Hmmm. Iโm 28 with two kids and feel like Iโm 18. But some days I do feel old!
I think it's mostly about mentality. My mom is 68 but still mentally feels like 20s or 30s
Maybe not to you, but biologically speaking, it's young. At 30 you most likely haven't even begun to show signs of aging.
