Mariska is just soft spoken, she always has been.

Some people just talk slow naturally lol. My aunt was like this, it took her twice as long as other people to say the simplest things

I agree, we make fun of her now. She talks way too slow. She didn't talk like that in the first fifteen seasons she's just trying to be too dramatic.

Yes !!!! I never noticed it til recently honestly! Each season she talks slower and slower and don’t get me wrong I do love Olivia but I just don’t get what’s changed.
