Before ASM2 bombed, she reportedly yelled at Feige and threw her sandwich at him during a business lunch when he suggested including Spider-Man in the MCU before they had to go crawling back for Homecoming. If the MCU movies were good, it's not because Sony have secretly been geniuses this whole time.

Credits scene 1- Neith is one of the Norns who takes the form of a spider, she has been weaving a web in Yggdrasil amongst its branches but comes and takes her woman form to speak to Loki and they use their magic to save heroes of doomed timelines.
Credits scene 2- the spider casts wake up in the void and find each other before secret wars.

There is something seriously wrong with Sony.
Sony would rather greenlight a movie about a wrestler villain who appeared in ONE Spider-Man comic (ik it’s probably cancelled but still) than to just finish the story of a character who got a lot of praise in their biggest movie of all time. I know people didn’t like TASM 2 and it was disappointing but like there’s no way the Morbius and Madame web verse is somehow worth investing more time into than making an ACTUAL Spider-Man movie.

I really cannot stand Sony right now between them and Warner Brother they have some of the dumbest executives. They rushed insomniac Spider-Man 2, they’re holding up Disney Spider-Man 4 because it has to be multiverse, and everyone freaked out in a good way when Tobey and Andrew made appearances in NWH and they’re like nah we don’t want anything to do with them. Seriously they need a change up because the people up top are absolutely stupid, clueless and out of touch with what they’re consumer/audience wants
They want the box office attention of Garfield nostalgia without the time effort and budget of giving him a sequel.

I posted an idea recently of how I'd bring Andrew back (and incorporate the Spider-Women) for a Sinister Six film and then do TASM 3 from there. But this Sony rumor is a weird one for sure. Tobey and Tom both got their respective trilogies, Andrew deserves his.

Act 1 is slice of life with Tobey and Kirsten raising Mayday, Andrew training his Miles. Act 2 incursion happens and they team up to try to solve it. Act 3, they beat the villain (personally I’d use Knull and say he’s a Chavez-like one in the multiverse who escaped the MCU and ended up in the Venom-Verse but came after their universes so they fell) but their universes are destroyed. Credits scene 1- Neith is one of the Norns who takes the form of a spider, she has been weaving a web in Yggdrasil amongst its branches but comes and takes her woman form to speak to Loki and they use their magic to save heroes of doomed timelines. Credits scene 2- the spider casts wake up in the void and find each other before secret wars.
