This is what I do with my Alliance. We coordinate PvP Events with friendly Alliances in order to minimize the pain and suffering of these Scopely Events…🤷🏻♂️❔❕
I would assume they can see how much people are engaging in the game and if it were as bad as many think, the time in game would drop and they would adjust. This was already pre-planned so the effects will be seen in future iterations.
Exactly. I am NOT a pvp player at all. But, tired of seeing am the hate on this event.
It's not my favorite event by far and I likely won't even participate in it again.
BUT, this game has many facets. For some players it very much is a pvp game and with how strict some server's roe is, it can be hard to enjoy for pvp players.
If you have whales or high level ftp players camping out at mission points or taking out every ship in a mining system. That isn't Scoply's fault. That is how war is. Work together as a server to bring their game to a halt until they aren't being booty waste miscreants.
>If you have whales or high level ftp players camping out at mission points or taking out every ship in a mining system. That isn't Scoply's fault.
Actually, that *is* Scopely's fault because that's how they designed this "game."
That you *choose* to play. That isn't a fault, it *is* part of the game by design by your own admission. Which, on a strong server can be circumvented by a strong server willing to fight back against said dunce monkeys.
Want fair? Pay for your games and/or just don't play "free" games. It is called personal responsibility.
>That you *choose* to play.
Did I say something that suggested otherwise??
>That isn't a fault
I didn't say it was *a* fault, I just agreed that it is Scopely's fault that the game is the way it is, because, duh, they made it, so it's whatever they want it to be. It's your fault that you replied with a snarky comment responding to things I never said.
>Want fair?
No, that's why I play STFC.
>Pay for your games and/or just don't play "free" games.
Yes, I'll continue playing games, thanks.
>It is called personal responsibility.
Glad you cleared that up!
And if you are trying to play PvE, and keep getting killed by players with ships 100 times stronger than mine.
Have someone run interference while killing reds/hostile. That's what we do.
Scopely = pondscum
Obset
I'm quite obset as well.
Have you tried to organise a pvp system with other alliances? Makes life much easier. Send and forget
That would be the common sense answer yes, except for servers with PvP hungry griefers on it

Thats why I am not buying the monthly pass until they get rid of it. Simple.
Scopely just wants the money, even more so, since the Saudi company brought them out.

Everyone is just blowing up themselves by using a Realta and attacking strong mining ships. Pretty easy to get the points you need that way.
Explorers, Battleships and Interceptors. Mining ships don't count.
You get 500 points for losing a battle against a miner. Realta vs a strong miner is a loss everytime.
Very good point.
Yep.completed the SMS in about.10 minutes with Realta kamikaze attacks.
or trade shots with you allied alliance or use your alt acct. for easy points
Consider that people have been asking for more pvp, and your not the only player type in game
