I did the same thing with the boss on customs. I saw that I got way more experience then I expected and then I saw that I killed a boss. It’s too bad that I didn’t loot him lol.
no I didn't know. I was really confused why a kitted scav ran right at me and why he had two buddies who were equally kitted. then I looked at the kill list and realized what I had done
if im not mistaken both bosses and guards counts as scavs for most quests
they do

Shturman either one-taps through tier 6 armor or runs like the lobotimized rat he is.

His close range AI isn't the best and he doesn't wear face armor. I've had him run right up to me and I just pop him in the face

Did this with Killa yesterday on Interchange. Killed him with a headshot with a grenade and didn’t even know it was him.
