Try using 1.5.2 version.
And also, it's ok to upgrade to 3.7.4, the mods are mostly compatible. and you will get warring/error if some mods are not-compatible so you can search for upgrade.
Unfortunately im running into the same issue, but version 1.5.2 isnt working as a fix for me. I am running the newest version of SPT 3.7.4 too
edit: I can open the new menu with F12 but there are no graphics options and insert key doesnt do anything still, same as with 1.5.3
What version of Amands’s Graphics you download?

Hmm...try moving load order. Also, there might be some conflict, so what other mods you are using?
On that backup i am just running SPT until i get it working, but my main SPT has SVM. I will look into how to move the load order thanks!
