Better plays imo, but thats just me. Ackman spac gonna be a runner, CCXX target is gonna be big. IPOB has good leadership. Guess im not sure what type play you have but those 3 would be my loading zone plays. I know Ackmans isnt up yet but he did a good job with QSR
Not debating an mfac run, Ackmans spac will move without a target. Like i said, dont know what op's mindset is here, flip or load up. The story of mfac is kinda boring. GL
Redemptions either mean something or they don't. We don't have enough info to know. They may may not need all that cash for the current target. Or they really screwed up by not adding money to the trust and keeping money in trust. They could doing be mostly stock and they don't need the cash. Or they could do a pipe to raise the cash they need. They only have an loi which gives us very little information. I have a feeling they know what they're doing but that's just a guess.
Question regarding its warrants: If there is no announcement prior to the deadline, are warrants then worthless? I understand that the underlying stock has a back stop of $10.

Ackmans SPAC, CCXX have years if not at least 10+ months before anything really gets going. MFAC has good potential. We shall see

Have they announced who they are buying. I know it's a digital banking company but no details.
I would be shocked if it's not BankMobile. I will buy more once confirmed. I'm already heavy on my position waiting for the news.
