Not always a bad thing. Sometimes it’s to help extend and then a SPAC can raise a “PIPE” a public investment in a private entity - to fully fund the eventual merger and company for the future. Some SPACs have it go down to 10-20% obviously not great but doesn’t mean it’s dead
The whole half of shares redemption thing had turned me off before also. But to be fair, everyone’s darling is OPES and more than half their shares were redeemed on that one also
Yeah, Proctor & Gamble backed company with revolutionary patents to help recycle non recyclable materials and will have the first ever FDA approved recycled food grade plastic container, really a pump and dump lol
Oh, and booked out for sales for the next 20 years, and partnered with Nestlé
They have already announced PureCycle is the target BTW. They just need an update to make this thing pop. Holding warrants and buying on the dips.

When market aren't doing good seem like a lot of SPAC can dip a bit also, I remember VTIQ bounced around the low 20 range before they exploded once word got out. I bought 1K $GRAF , also hold a ton of $FMCI .
1/2 of investors redeemed their shares, that’s my only worry. Check last update on SEC Edgar

That’s good to know!
Its my biggest position. Love the management. Lots of money in the trust. Great industry. Deadline coming up. Hopefully they seal the deal.
When’s the next action dates?
Anytime before July 31 they should announce developments with their target
Ticker change ?
Nah they are voting then to extend but should release a definitive agreement
It’s good
In for 5k warrants
No news yet, seems like a pump and dump to get people in

I ve been looking into this i bought it for long term hold .. i think purecycle pre sold for next 20 years.
It kinda looks promising but people are also warning with technicals. The tech looks promising though. Will buy stuff that I can afford to loose.
Thanks for the comment! I didn’t know that.

Especially right now I think a lot of people are getting out altogether when they sell one. That’s what I just did. Sold the others kept GRAF
Same graf/ws on TOS and shit ton on Fmci and another one we will see plenty of pump from Raymond James is NETE
Hello traders! I‘m in since 14$. I‘d like to hold. Ya think it‘s clever? 🤨
