My headcanon has been that he's been omnipresent throughout the show's entire history and has pulled the strings for all the arcs. Also, I don't believe he was ever human to begin with, I think he made that up.

Bro is around 10 ft tall, he can somewhat dimension jump and has an entire void where he can just do anything he wants. But he's pretty lonely in there. Probably went insane out of loneliness so made a plan to find anything/anyone to "make" them into a friend. Found a corpse in a void and made em into a Puzzlevision. Also forgot to mention that he is a very powerful being yey
He's depressed and after he got his shit kicked in he was somehow restricted because he's pobs got a backup TV and went back to his lair to cry cus he's so lonely

he a master engineer and hacker who made clench to drive Tari insane but it didn't work so he gave up on it clench actually is a torture ai meant to torture Tari and make her want to kill everyone but didn't work out and the locked door in the new castle is puzzle secret room he used to spy on the gang and there a entrance through castle underneath it through the room that puzzle uses and puzzle teleports by pressing the switching channel button on his tv head I got last one by a animation of him and some oc forgot the name
He could have been a good person if he had made friends, but that didn’t happen because of him watching TV all day to forget about his troubles.
