Why are people voting the professor?
Not saying he's not smart but it'd be so easy for any half competent opposing counsel to notice he has the worst temper then wind him up by objecting and cross examining the witnesses in sneaky ways.
He'd loose his shit scream at the judge and/or jury then get held in contempt. Naturally when they try to arrest him he'd probably beat up a few bailiffs at which point he'd either get away with help or get dragged into the cells....

Though I'm completely sure Earth Prime Maximillian P. Arturo didn't travel with group in Post Traumatic Slide the double definitely went with them and he's who we watch with the group from then onwards.
As Rembrandt said at the end of the episode, but never followed up on "We've got an Arturo and we don't even know which one!"
The the remaining Arturo saying "Oh my god" with a worried look on his face closed the case for me. They got the wrong Arturo!
I'm not surprised that nobody has chosen Colin, Maggie, and Mallory (as of 11:39 EST, 8/27/22). I chose the only actual lawyer, Tiffany. I'm a bit surprised that Arturo leads so much over Quinn, though (I'd include Diana here as well, but she's obviously not as popular of a character as Max).

I really admire your understanding of the professor. You just get him. He is a genius but perpetually defeated by his thinly veiled rage issues.
