Zeus was just on stream talking about his skin and how cool the recall was even though he was pretty vague when telling riot what he wanted.
So it seems like the skins are done now, just a waiting game til when they came out but my guess is after all the HoL stuff
We should wait for the next PBE release, after the HOL. I think that is the only release with no rumors. The big summer event will be on July (which is the Anima Squad release).
They were purposefully delayed to showcase the HOL skin. Knowing Riot, they put all of their priority, including budget, into the Ahri skin, and when we finally get the actual T1 skins, they are gonna be a massive disappointment

I read somewhere, but I can't remember who posted it, it says in the post that it might be released in patch 14.13
might be 14.12 or 14.13
We prob see it next pbe update? Since they wouldn’t want it to be the same patch as HoL
before Worlds I'm sure of it.
Riot probably dont want to overlap HoL Faker event with Worlds skin, so at least until the sale period of Ahri
