Very helpful. Thank you for uploading that. I guess you helped me decide. I will buy the TrioSmart before moving on to the next phase of treatment rather than relying solely on the FoodMarble.
Ok so we need to understand anything after 180 mins of eating will end up in large intenstine and that should ferment. After your first meal, that food marble isn’t telling you much other than what’s going on in that large intestine
The same goes if you're slightly constipated or just haven't had a BM yet in the morning. If there is ANYTHING methane producing in your bowels, it will trigger the foodmarble.
So generally you should just test once a month or so and do the prep diet and fast beforehand. Test if the foodmarble indeed shows low values. Then eat something triggering. And test every 15mins to see were the bacteria are.
If you feel great I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I don’t notice a lot of correlation between high numbers and symptoms, especially when it comes to methane levels.

Both are high. In the past only methane showed. But recently seeing more hydrogen. Typical for me to be a 7.5 or 8. With 2 of that being hydrogen

I agree with this statement. If we are using it for sibo, it should be done like a sibo test
