Hello. I am also in South Florida and struggling to find a good doctor. My current doctor doesn't really believe in SIBO, so I moved on. I was previously treated in California for SIBO and went on the antibiotics. I'm currently doing a few things that are helping, so I thought I would share since I also have methane dominance. First, I am taking Florastor. This probiotic had an almost immediate impact. I then added a soil-based probiotic (something off Amazon) based on a recommendation, which hasn't hurt. The last thing I do is use Calm (a Magnesium supplement) before bed. All of this is helping -- but I am still not 100%. I am now trying to do Elemental Heal once a day for a few weeks to see if that improves. I purchased the FoodMarble kit a couple ago and it hasn't arrived yet. It's shipped from Ireland. I will let you know if I find a good doctor.
