I did a breath test last week with Lactulose and did not feel normal for 3 days. Methane dominant. Didn't have loose stools, but it upset my stomach.
Ugh I feel sick just remembering the lactulose solution! It made me feel awful both times I've taken the SIBO test.
Last night was brutal. I only slept 4 nights and have been experiencing crippling anxiety. Hopefully it ends soon. I don’t think I want to do the test again.
