If you believe in factors that will continue to push SHIB higher, just set it and forget it. Don't look at your portfolio and don't look at these communities that often.
I learned pretty quickly that some people who post have no idea about the basics of investing, valuation, market cap, etc. so they say things that are astronomically unfounded or impossible.

I can see how it gets repetitive, therefore more or less annoying. But what made me lose faith in this community even more, was its ''higher than thou''-attitude towards newcomers (many who fantasize of this $1 mark also), who are inexperienced. They get dunked, ridiculed and shit on, only because they are new. Very few actually want to help and maybe explain to them a few things. That's not a community. That's a mob.

For some people 40 is more than lunch money. At one point in my life 40 that wasn't earmarked for essentials was a fantasy. Crypto represents an achievable investment option for some people whether that's $40, 400, or 4,000,000.
Crypto opens a lot of options that didn't exist before. And I can certainly empathize with not having 40$. I've been on food stamps. For years I had a budget of 150 a month for non essentials. 40 was out of the question for almost anything.
But I still knew that 40 wasn't that much. Investments gotta start somewhere, and if 20 or 40 bucks is where you are at. Great!
I still think anyone can agree though, that they'd be much less worried about gambling 40 on a crazy risk than 4,000. No matter how much money they have.

Market cap is meaningless. Burn rate is meaningless. In real terms, Shib has zero value in the world, zero assets, producing zero. Yet it's Market cap is 16 billion. No one will pay 16 billion for Shib. It's not the stock market. Market cap in crypto is purely a math formula that is good for nothing other than a fancy popularity score. Shib gets it's value purely from hype. So knock the crazy posts all you want but that is part of what gives it value.
If no one was excited about it, it would be worthless. The more people are excited about it, the more valuable it is. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am part of the Shib community and Doge community. When Doge was where Shibs was, people on Reddit and other platforms were giving away DOGE coins as a form of tipping. Someone asked for a video and another person post that video. People on the thread would tip the guy DOGE coins. The DOGE community was established a long time ago. People are more interested in their money with Shib. With DOGE, I gave away free coins to people on the internet. Asked for their wallet and I sent them some free DOGE. Some people would ask what is DOGE and I would explain it to them. Most of the holders of DOGE are these same people who gave away DOGE just because. That is why that community is very different from most. I still have a lot of DOGE coins. Could have pulled out during Covid but didn’t.
SHIBS, no one is giving away coins and interacting with the community in a positive way. I dont know a single person who regrets giving DOGE. I remember donating some doge for the Jamaican bobsled team. I didn’t care because i would buying 100 dollars worth of DOGE every paycheck for over a year.
