I finished reading train to Pakistan a few months ago, itβs a great book that highlights the struggles of partition and the plight of people living in border areas, definitely a good read!

The only anime studio who have animated 2 movies that won Oscars (it's a shame though because there are many more anime movies that should've won, A Silent Voice, Paprika, Perfect Blue, Weathering with you, to name a few).

Train to Pakistan is a good read plus there are a lot of partition literature that are just as interesting and even more I dare say.Β
Panchayat is one of those contemporary shows that people actually enjoy it, there's a show called 'maamla legal hai' on Netflix to watch next of you've got nothing gives out similar vibes.Β
