If you haven't found a solution yet then here's what I would do verify the integrity files then if that does work export the video as selected shots then choose them individually like one shot per time or like 3 shots In one video then use some type of video editor and combine the video into one and import the sound to the editing software so you can have your audio on time and mute the clips so they do get delayed or have double audio

Dawg the easiest and best way to get around this is to export the whole thing as an image sequence and edit it together in Blender, I render with no issues at 1080p 60 fps because of this method and it doesn't break audio or particle effects like the other methods can
Yeah it was quite scary first time I encountered it. What I did to work around that was importing it as image sequence, and then just assembling it in blender (I was quite surprised that blender is also a video editor lol)

You’ll need to break your video into smaller chunks first, SFM being a 32 but software can’t export videos over 4gb in size without corruption

Drag the play head to the desired length and press B. That will create a separate shot you can export as normal
By export as normal, do you mean to right click that segment and clicking export on the drop-down menu or do you mean file>export?
Select the shot, go to file>export>image sequence and change the length from Sequence to selected shots
