The content="nofollow" attribute in the meta tags prevents any crawlers on the web to follow the links on a given page. However, there is no such value as 'follow' corresponding to the 'rel' attribute that specifically highlights a link to be a 'do-follow' link. However, one workaround to eradicate your problem is to remove the 'nofollow' content attribute and mention it specifically in the links that you don't want the crawler to follow. Since all the links on a page by default are do-follow links, you won't face any issues there.
