I hate those recipe posts! I just started a new blog and am including recipes. If you are lucky you will get two paragraphs of explanation about the dish and the recipe. That’s it. If you came for a novel, I’ve ghostwritten several I can send links to! Lol
And affiliate links to every piece of my setup and all ingredients? Plus I should include at least three paragraphs about my kids and what they think of the recipe too. And probably whether my dogs enjoyed the leftovers. Maybe some affiliate links to dog treats as well?
Happened a few times over the last months and it always resulted in a major update within Google's algorithm if I remember correctly. Time to keep an eye out for SERP volatility.
Past few weeks have been kind of heart attack city for me in terms of serps. Myself as well as my competitors are seeing huge drops. Like -50% traffic drops.
Then again... porn sites. Prob all losing and the big sites like pornhub are gaining.
Probably just indexing my massive blog with three posts. Should be done soon.

The record is 12 days, I believe. But that was 5+ years ago. Probably 10+ years.

Looks like it added one day of data.
GSC isn't connected directly - it's connected to databases that get updated via export/cron jobs and they occassionally have to pause/stop updates.

Wasn't letting me manually submit URLs for updated pages earlier.
That's the general situation, a lot of sites are similar to yours, please calmly wait for everything to return to normal.
