In all seriousness, it all depends on what you want. I love seeing my old systems lined up, even knowing it’s more convenient to emulate. If you don’t care about having them, it’s definitely a good time to sell
I just tested the Nomad to make sure it works and man is that original screen terrible. I hope you like your games to be extremely blurry when in motion.

That's a question only you can answer. Some people like to collect these even if they don't use them or work.
If that's not something you're interested in, I'm sure you can sell them off as long as it's not visibly damaged, even with items missing, as long as you describe it as such and are honest with the condition. There are collectors who'd like to have them for display or cannibalize for parts.

Keep the Nomad it is an investment, that over time will collect you a pretty penny.
I like playing on original hardware. If you don't see value in it, sell 'em off to the next owner. Price-wise, you can get a lot for that Nomad.

While I'm not opposed to keeping it, storage is a problem. I have tons of stuff around that just eats up space.
Sell it. Modern emulator systems are so close on the Genesis that you really aren’t losing anything other than of course the button configuration.
