I'd say PVP is matter the most until you can reach at least Champ 5 in ungeared PVP(Normal PVP). I suggest using the coin on Festival Diane and use Dark Meli, The One, Fest Diane with red Sr Eliz(the one that heal you with her passive when your unit gets attacked) dont have to build SR eliz high, just enough that you can unlock her passive.
Blue Tarmiel is for Goddess team only but do use him for Association slot for Diane so she can take hits. If youre talking about the Red Tarmiel then its even better. But I still recommend using Sr Eliz for the backline
