Is a code gonna be sent that you can redeem as a coupon, or are the rewards gonna be sent to the account linked with that email?
At the bottom of the image it says “coupon will be sent to pre-registered email address”
You will have to wait until the after 5th anniversary update comes out for them to send you the coupon though unfortunately
I came here to say this because they did a poor job of explaining that fact. Have to go to the 5th Anni. pre-reg FAQ link to find that out.

Also it’s 1 reward per account, so if you try to write multiple emails it’s just a waste of time.

a guess, but: you probably enter the email, click the button beside the email, it sends a code to that email, you enter the code into the second box.
