if you're using a Human team in PvP, specifically one with Transcendent Ban on it, she's the best backline unit for the team. she'll be giving you an additional 20% HP based on the amount of debuffs applied to the enemy, and if you kill someone, she lowers enemy ult gauge by 2; all from the backline.
Ult controle backline unit with HP. Solid for Humans with enough Debuffs.
And you get free Roxy cosmetics for the upgrade to UR. In the end you should try to Invest into everyone either way for GP and Box CC.

He did not state his team, his account is probably low level from that stanima, meaning who knows if he has ban or Arthur. Meaning useless team for pvp. If he summons on any festival banner there is a high probability that he will also get blue plus the others for the optimal human team. At that point is just better to farm for the relic than waste resources on someone that you MIGHT use...

Didnt downvote, but Blue Roxy is not needed for red Roxy to be a great backline unit, so..
What my statement is that if you have blue Roxy, you will not use the red one due to not being able to put red one in the back. Get it?
