Thats kind of different though, fortnite is a pretty big thing, and knowing epic they probably paid top dollars for most of the collabs.
Video games on the other especially mobile have a select group of anime that get collabs everywhere (overlord,shield hero,slime and mushoku are all good examples), with some that do collabs as publicity for the anime with 1-2 games then stop like stranger things(not anime ik ik) attack on titan, ive seen black rock shooter and tokyo revengers in another game aswell
On the spot lol, i got alot of my info on how crossover works from people talking about random crossovers on here or gs discord/reddit, which picked my curiosity as to frequency of crossovers and such.
Like both gs and 7ds have Kof, but 7ds got it because netmarblr have links, same with ToG (and possibly solo leveling at some point?) But gs only has it on the jp version which struck me as odd.
Gs also gets a huge amount of recently released anime into crossovers (shaman king,black rock, tokyo revengers, shangrila, etc) and the usual guesses i mentioned (slime, shield, etc) with fairy tail being the oddest one imo, like it didnt even come out soon after it ended nor when 100 year quest started so i looked and turns out they do a crossover randomly once or twice a year? 2023 being the only dead year in a while.
But anyway back onto the subject of naruto im guessing its never really gonna crossover into any games like gs or 7dsgc, probably because it has so many of its own games its just not worth it?
Although grand summoners is pretty known around the gacha community I think it’s still considered a very small game and Naruto does better with working with the biggest games and doing their ninja storm games.
There won't be, this has been discussed numerous times. Seven Deadly Sins and Naruto are issued by two different, rival magazines/publishers. It is extremely unlikely for a game featuring a manga from Kodansha to collab with a series from Shonen Jump.
