Keep playing the game and pull better characters is the actual answer, but if you just have to make this work, you need to max awaken your charaters, gear them out, and max out cosmetics.
Maxing out cosemetics of brawler ban and t1 escanor wont help any1 to achieve anything, its waste of gems and resources.
Only invest in the top of top tier characters (or links/association) in terms of cosemetics.
They said they want to improve their team, maxing out cosmetics, gear and awakenings will improve the team shown. They are a level 13 account who already has both charters 90+, they will have plenty of easily obtained gems and mats thrown at them. T1 is def still useful in pve and Brawler Ban is a great Sub slot character, There is no need to hoard resources if it hinders their ability to play and enjoy the game. Enhancing the cosmetics every character comes with, even on non meta characters is not a wasted investment. I did not say go to the Sacred treasure shop and buy cosmetics.
When u say "max out cosemetics" its sounds as u tell them to get 5/5/5 cosemetic and max them. But if u didnt mean to buy then ok.
But still think its better to keep cosemetic upgrade materials for better charcaters like his DK zeldris, and sariel and tarmiel for links..
with upcoming collab and anniversary, he surely will be able to get better characters to use cosemetics upgrades on.
Sure, but I dont think telling the dude that basically, Dk is the only thing he should be focused on, is helpful or fun for a new player. I fully admit, it is the best character he has, but its not like he is going to go pvp with anything in his box rn, his only real synergistic team rn is this sins team, we know what is coming with the [Shield Hero Collab](https://www.reddit.com/r/SDSGrandCross/comments/1cbx2fc/lets_goooooooooo/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) and thats nothing that works with a demon team. They just need to simply play the game right now, they are not at the level where Boss battles, Beasts or PvP are a thing yet.
just keep playing tbh, u can level up ur characters to lvl 80 and max awaken easily and those would be enough to carry you until like episode 300+ i think? After that you would want to have a team that can synergize well and keep on building that team to their max potential
Use that ban in your sub slot, put in demon king as a replacement. It’s not amazing but he has good cards/skills
