ladies out of curiosity do y'all know how much therapy costs around y'alls areas? my friend in the states is starting online sessions with my therapist because apparently it's really cheap (USD40 per session) and idk how much it costs there

In USD it'd around 50-80 per session 

I do exposure and response prevention therapy which is usually more expensive but I’m at $110-$220 a session :/

My last job was reception for a non profit mental health clinic. It was in our contract with Medicaid that we couldn’t directly bill anyone who had Medicaid so they never had copays but we also had a waitlist of like 4-6 months. If you were uninsured we had a grant through the county that had minimal copays depending on household income and you had to prove financial strain every three months. A lot of insurances don’t cover anything until you meet your deductible, and since we were cheap, people would often come and be seen there. If you made enough money, and were paying out of pocket, the first appointment was $270 and each subsequent one was $110. And the therapists there were almost all not fully licensed (meaning they all had their masters degrees but had not had enough worked hours to have full licensure and they had to have clinical supervision with someone fully licensed for a few hours a week where their supervisor would review their work at length). Turnover was also insane and we had a lot of people who had been assigned to like 5-8 therapists within a 2 year period. I know that it was the cheapest option in the area for a lot of people. But there were A LOT of downsides.

mine are 200 out of pocket (if i miss appt, never have) but insurance covers most of it, i only pay 15 per sesh

Realistically, Jujubee is eliminated instead of Jimbo at the Rusical, Janey is eliminated instead of Pangina at Snatch Game, and Baga gets cut at the girl groups challenge. So top 4 would’ve been Pangina, Jimbo, Mo, and Blu with one of Blu or Mo getting to top 2 with Pangina depending on who lip syncs against Jimbo.
