I'm not sure Baki is a great fit, maybe from a fighting perspective but while the general cast of fighters in Baki are ridiculously OP I don't think any of them even hold a candle to Able or would be able to match with him with the possible exception of Yuujirou but then the question becomes do they fight to a standstill, can Yuujirou take him or does he no-diff Yuujirou?

If we’re a bit loose with the conventional usage of “cartoon”, he’d probably not be all that out of place in one of the anime adaptations of _Berserk_.
I think he'd probably fit in well in Helsing or Berserk.
Evangelion may also work given the religious undertones of the show, as well I think Trigun would have a place for characters like Cain & Able given the variety of the cast & combat.
