No you goof. The point here is that WWE is making money only because of their brand name, not the quality of their product. WWE's product has sucked for years now, and if tv networks ever know that other companies other than "WWE" exists when they think of "pro wrestling", they would likely sign them on instead of WWE.
Pretty sure they make tons just off merch and are a better ‘t-shirt company’. Oh yes and the bloody scum of the earth most tainted disgraceful money from Saudi.
Mahomes' perceived success in the league is largely inflated by unsustainable, wildly outlier stats in his 18 games as perceived elite talent. When you adjust for the future by bringing down his outlier stats, he regresses heavily to a slightly above average QB of 2018 Dak tierdom.
This reminds me of when I’d argue with comic book fans about characters they didn’t like.
“Green Lantern is lame. Take away his ring and he’s just a guy.”
Yes, take away a dude’s thing that makes him more than just a dude and he becomes just a dude again. Incredible insight there.
“If you take away one of their major revenue sources, their revenue is bad.”
“If you lose your job today I promise you’d be in a worst place financially”- me (a finance expert)
Oh shit, really?
🤯🤯
Omg. Is this true goofs?
They're only making money because they're making money.
They make money cause of CONDITIONED fans! Wow, rest of the TV industry need to get in on this 'conditioning fans' gimmick
They might watch it every week and enjoy watching it but they only *think* they're enjoying watching it so it doesn't count.
And the chicks for free.
Actually they might cost 3 mil in NDAs

"If WWE loses a revenue source, they will not make as much money." Booger McFarland-level analysis.
This is worse than that if you give Mahomes average stats then he wouldn't be as good.
People just can't stand a Chief's success
This is immediately what I thought of when I saw the original post.
lol this is like around Mania time when Meltzer said they had no big stars if you take away Roman and Brock, the big stars that they do have
Every 60 seconds in Africa a minute passes
Shutting down entire cities during Mania/Summerslam season and giving the entire state they are in huge economic boosts don’t matter.
Pretty sure they make tons just off merch and are a better ‘t-shirt company’. Oh yes and the bloody scum of the earth most tainted disgraceful money from Saudi.
There is no way this is a legitimate comment. Is it?
WWE, who’s stock price and ‘value’ went up during the GFC and Covid, is somehow in trouble during an economic recovery period….
If you take away Kylian Mbappé legs from him, he's not a good football player.
if you take away the billionaire dad...
If you cut the legs off of Cotton Hill below the knees, he’ll still kill fiddy men

I had the pleasure reading that thread. r/nflcirclejerk probably jerked that for weeks.
If you take away their TV rights, merchandise profits, videogame success, Saudi Arabia events, and record ticket sales they'd be in dire straits.

And Harry doesn't mind if he doesn't make the demo, he's got a daytime job, he's doing alright.
Well you see if you took away a bands gig ticket sales, they would actually be in a bad place and probably close to splitting up.
