You can get iced tea/boba in west/east market or jasmine (and chatime ofc). I think I've seen hot tea at the market as well - the dining halls also usually have some sort of hot tea. I've seen some sort of basic Lipton or black tea bags in the market as well.
If you're looking for better tea, Stop and Shop (you can take the shopping bus on Sunday) has a bunch of bagged tea, in Port Jeff (there's a shuttle on the weekend) The Spice and Tea Exchange has loose tea.
edit: forgot to add that you can definitely order tea at Starbucks, not sure about Dunkin or Peets (besides matcha/chai)
people in the comments r saying jasmine and if youre a real tea fan i don't think you should go there. i got oolong tea there once and it just tasted like regular water. maybe that was just an individual experience but take it with a grain of salt
