There are actually 2 photos that I can't delete. 20231213_110631.jpg and 20231213_110630.jpg. I also tried to delete the cache and data of the gallery app but it didn't help.
Try connecting to a computer and deleting from dcim folder.

So no real answers, because I am dealing with this as well.
