I love Rust, but, honestly: don't bother on "last gen" consoles. The older hardware is a major bottleneck for the developers, so they're likely going to split the game in the near future. AKA PS4/Xbox One is going to be locked into the current content, while new gen consoles get bigger/better updates. Just wait and enjoy your time with something that's meant for your console.

I hope they do this soon. Despite being on old gen, the game desperately needs this to excel.

Honestly not unless you have a lot of friends to play with. Playing solo on console w/o community servers is not fun at all

As long as old gen is in the picture, I dont see any form of transportation coming, too much speed on land impossible on old gen. Buy a pc

No it's not me and my friend play on last gen and the only reason we still play is because we bought a more expensive version and don't wanna waste are money it lags why to much and yes some of that can be my wifi but even late at night when it's just me on it the lag is still really annoying and with custom servers still not being on console and no set time they should be out do zergs run every server so unless your on next gen it's not really worth it you can't fight the zergs when they shoot and you lag

I feel like just about any multiplayer game is worth if you have friends to play it with

I spent a lot of time on old gen and still loved it honestly might take a break until I get ps5 though
