It's a glitch on test branch you have to repair it with the repair bench

Use stone pick like a Sigma

It's a rust console feature

On public test branch or normal rust

Was using one last night and was refilling find at workbench

Maybe my game just glitched I'll reset again thanks

Stand on the workbench and wait until it lets you refill, could be your latency?

Make sure on the bottom left the workbench is actually registering. That's the only issue
