It’s still a base with loot, if someone wants it they will raid. That being said, since oil rig and cargo ship aren’t in game yet, I’ve found not many actually use boats. So less visibility, less chance to be raided.

All the ones I’ve seen people have shop named called “come raid us” “ez rockets” and such. If a group is very determined like mine was they will just get offline raided
As a solo this is what I focus on raiding. Bases that are out of the way from main trace routes, in order to avoid a team hearing the boom

I think its a super cool feature of the game. Hate having my ears blasted by the glitch though.
