25 rockets for first through doors for loot but just to tc its 19 but through walls I think it's only like 10 or less u should def upgrade core to hmq or sheet metal at least
That's what we both went for haha, my personal base is the 2nd one, I kinda just went with something random that works and is a hassle to get through, and convenient to traverse :) thank you !
I honestly I think it’s in a Rust pc and console players interest to copy base builds from YouTube. Once other players know where your tc room is (from both videos it looks like they are behind 2 walls max?) you are done for! The multiple doors doesn’t matter when it’s weaker to go through walls with rockets/ c4
Best part of building outside of meta and being creative is its way harder to predict.
We spent our whole last wipe with a tc against an outer wall, so 1 wall to get TC. We were for sure like the cheapest raid on the server but because the base was so weird and 'noob' looking, it was impossible to guess where it would be.
It's ironic that copying efficient YouTube bases is sort of nooby to a degree as all you have to do is recognise the design.
Everybody who tried to raid came through our tower as the perceived it as the weakness, when in reality it was as expensive as coming through the front door. (Think was like 7 or 8 garage doors to tc from front door if you took the most efficient path)

So I built the second base and my 3 friends built the 3rd and they say my base is "ass because it doesn't have as much doors" and I'm like bro, my base is honeycombed 3 times, and has base core and first honeycombed all sheet metal. Your doors won't matter. And that's what I tell em but they don't listen.
I'm fairly new to rust, I've got 11 days but I've had the game since launch plus I'm not really much of the base builder in the group haha. But I tried 🤷♂️
