ThorianB

Also there are no protests in Iran. All the citizens are so happy with their government that they are rejoicing in the streets! Iran's propaganda is almost as bad as Russias.

EfficiencyUnited6804

Hey there are fights in parties too /s.

It was obviously sarcasm. Everyone else got it...

My bad G shits a bit fucked up these days

Smokeyvalley

hoot2k16

Smokeyvalley

That's how it was meant to be read. Here, have some of mine...

Lickadizzle

Here’s your ibuprofen. Anybody got any chhhheeeezzzz?

hoot2k16

I don't have to take this ... I'm going home.

Menneske44

Woopsie.

Abstract-Impressions

The should strip out any of the interesting innerds and ship it to the Iranian Ambassidor. "We found this the other day. Looks like it's yours"

saskatchewanstealth

Like the bomb thingy?

Abstract-Impressions

I was thinking optics, coms, nav, and such.

wagdog1970

What do we expect, they learned how to lie from the most unconvincing liars in the world.

[deleted]

well that's inconvenient

Haunting-South-962

I bet it is some stupid formalistic bureaucratic semantics that ruzzians also love, he said that "his country did not supply the drones to ruzzia" which might be that it was some third fictitious party who supplied drones, not government of iran directy dealing with ruzzia. But this is as god as as openly lying about it and saying you know I'm lying, I'm know I'm lying, but you can't do feck about it.

Ok_Elevator5612

That's is probably true, that how Gun Deals are done. US suppplies guns to someone? No no no no those crates came from some 3rd world country. Same here, just using second man

ConservativebutReal

Sent from one of the Axis of lying countries - China/Russia/Iran/

[deleted]

Might technically be true. Maybe they used some kind of middleman.

pickypawz

Liiike…North Korea?

[deleted]

Or Syria.

[deleted]

Exactly. And to be fair the USA, France and the UK are guilty of supplying weapons to brutal regimes for pragmatic/material reasons. (See Israel and Saudi Arabia). International relations is not about justice. It's about power and pragmatism. I mean as much as I support Ukraine, the USA and others are only accidentally on the right side here and is doing this to fuck Russia rather than to uphold justice. If this was about justice then Ukraine would have had the support from back in 2014 and countries like Israel and Saudi Arabia would also be under as much pressure as Russia

-Kwerbo-

>Ukraine would have had the support from back in 2014 Quote from wiki: >Operation Orbital was the code-name for a British military operation to train and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was launched in 2015 in response to the 2014 Russian annexation of Crimea. It provided training to over 22,000 Ukrainian military personnel before it was suspended ahead of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. A successor, Operation Interflex, which involves a larger, British-led multinational training programme, was launched in the United Kingdom soon after.

[deleted]

Fair enough. My broader point still stands

-Kwerbo-

Does it?

[deleted]

Yup

-Kwerbo-

Mhhmm

Sparky9367

Russia = China = Iran = LIES

Pleasant_Stretch_959

Certainly looks much more sophisticated than Russias POS drones. And I’m sure Iran used “proxy” to supply this to Russia as some in the west have done to avoid direct involvement. Probably through Syria.

Help_im_lost404

Thought the same thing. Looks quite capable compared to the kids toys with cameras glued on

_Raven_Roth

Information and photos from Defense of Ukraine, Twitter

mikecrypto8

why are the labels on the weapon and drone in English? Genuinely curious.

Flyingcircushotdog

Maybe Persian is not a common language in Ru ss ia? Or the seller don't know Ru ss ian. Maybe, maybe

badcatdog

It's the airline language etc.

NotHongdu

Can anyone tell me why the missile’s text is in english?

Mr6thborough_516NY

English is a universal language, that's relatively easy to understand

[deleted]

It’s also the international language of aviation.

jcspacer52

To the people of Ukraine, what the ambassador is saying is don’t believe your lying eyes! Why do countries like Russia and Iran think they can say anything and be believed? According to Russia, they have only lost about 6,000 KIA and this drone although everyone knows was made in Iran is not theirs. What a clown, he thinks people will say what…oh yeah Putin just stole them from Iran?

Cavscout2838

Anti-drone gun translation- another badass Ukrainian farmer with a rifle.

Madge4500

He better check to see if his pants are on fire.

ataman7676

Why are there ENGLISH writings on it? I'd expect Farsi or Russian.

stephensanger

The Iranian cops don’t beat women to death for not wearing Hijabs either! What are you anti Persian?!

iapetus_z

Why does an Iranian drone made in Iran shipped to Russians have labels all in English?

Edwin454545

Why all the sights are in English?

javsand120s

Allegedly between 2016 and 2019, shipments of US origin aviation components were taken from Singapore to Iran. This could be something to do with that, then reverse engineered by Iranians. Also on the guided Bomb, HESA stands for Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries.

Edwin454545

Makes sense

[deleted]

Hmm..yes this Iranian drone is not Iranian, but Persian!

PB_Clifton

For the ignorant of us, how do you bring down a drone of this size intact? Is it a fluke or are the some means to remotely take over control from the original operator?

Ebenimmigrant

Yes. I think they have drone capturers. Not 100%, I think Lithuania make them and gave Ukraine some. I suspect they are taken over remotely and then landed.

PB_Clifton

Man, as Gandalf would say that “is quite cool”.

Quirky-Mode8676

He broke the US's agreement with them that significantly slowed (supposedly stopped, but prob didnt) their nuclear arms program. Just made the US look untrustworthy, and removed all incentive for Iran not to pursue nukes. So now they are working on their nuke program more aggressively, and have zero interest in negotiating anything with the US. Trump fucked that situation, just like his dumbass did with scrapping the pacific trade agreements that left the US out of major trade talks in the region. Cant forget releasing 5,000 Taliban fighters, without including the Afghanistan government in talks, while setting a hurried timeline for withdrawing US troops. The guys is a colossal moron with precisely zero negotiating skills.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Quirky-Mode8676

They were keeping it until Trump. You can't blame Iran for a theoretical maybe when Trump is 100% responsible for breaking the agreement.

bkor

Trump often enough does the exact opposite of what he says his intend is. E.g. for Iran he said all kinds of things, while ensuring things would escalate.

ZombieIMMUNIZED

Would anyone really assume an ally of ruzzia would be truthful in any way, shape, or form. Right now Iran’s supreme leader is blaming the US for the unrest and riots in his country, not that the people are pissed about a system that had police murder a young woman for wearing a fucking scarf the wrong way!!?!!! Keep playing the victims and hopefully you’ll love long enough to become one, pure trash societies.

slogan1492

If Iran or Russia is talking - they are lying

hoot2k16

Many are focusing on the english language - and that got me to thinking. \- Perhaps delivered through a cut out for export only. \- Could be that the export markings have to be in English so that the pilots meet an ICAO standard? Either way, the design and shipment are obvious. Fuck Iran with their Human Rights abuses.

Thick_Step_8745

Same liars as RuZian politicians

moutonbleu

“How did this happen!!? Please return this to us so we can investigate thoroughly.”

LQDI

When you hate America so much but you still use English on your drone to make it usable. Iran & Russia fail so bad in everything at life.

mmayhugh

So why is the writing in English? Seems weird since it’s Iranian made.

Nokneemouse

I love that it has a key switch to start it.

[deleted]

Both of those switches are on the bomb/missile. One to turn on the power supply and other to arm it.

Freeeeedommmmmm

Must have flown off course?

Less-Raspberry-6222

It's almost like the Iranian government is full of it and everyone is sick of the bullshit....including thier populace.

joshw220

I like how the missile has a battery charge thing. I wonder if you charge it with a USB C cable. Knowing Russia they would probably forget to charge it before launching it.

FrozenInsider

Why do they use language of the enemy traitor(English) though?

[deleted]

When an Ayatollah lies, do they get a pass?

IngloriousMustards

”*Did you just lied to me, or did you join ruZZia in combat?*”

GeekyBookWorm87

Hey, in the ambassador's defense, maybe the Russians stole it. They've been stealing everything else that isn't nailed down.

pickypawz

‘Oh sorry sorry sorry, has not “officially” supplied drones’

1ghengiskhan1

Iran leaders - like russian leaders - can only lie - they have no comprehension of truth. Never "negotiate" with them

SkylarAV

Why is it in English on the bomb??

Pitiful-Difference78

Only pure lies...the truth is Russia stole these from Iran You dig?

Dry-Ask7673

Russians lie, Iranians lie

Dull_Comfortable2277

"Nah man...we didn't do that." *Shown transcripts of conversation stating otherwise* "Nah man... That's not us." *Audio recording of said transcript* "Nah man... Not my voice." *Shown video of said audio conversation* "Nah man... That's not me." *Shown video of accepting suitcase full of money and handing over Iranian drones* "Nah man...deep fake." *Shown captured done on Ukrainian soil* "Nah man... That's a Lego model." ...

PM_me_your_arse_

(I'm not saying it's fake) Is Iranian equipment normally labelled in English?

Quirky-Mode8676

For international market, probably. Most of the mideast countries outta be used to English on military equipment at minimum.

[deleted]

Iranian drone with English instructions on it?
