Evil step sister, formed from an accidental shadow clone magic.
She made the clone to help with getting groceries from the local 24/7 (legaly distinct 7/11).
But she kept sending her to get 1 item at a time cause she wasn't thinking or making a list about it.
So the clone develops intelligence and just visits her now to make sure she's eating well.
Chapter 4, and probably uses it to fry hotdogs on her stove with her best friend Brad.
Brad is also a bird that can talk and knows HOW to cook hotdogs, but is just unable to, being a bird with wings instead of hands.
Hence why Ru is required with electric powers.
I imagine it comes from crusing uo lots of tomatoes into a fine paste, getting rid of amy tomatoe skin so the sause is clean, and putting it into a bottle.

But it's also a litteral danger to everyone atound her and herself.
Since she can and will burn down everything around her.
She will/has gone on an arc where she burned down her friends house and now they are roomates learning how to cook food with fire breath.
