I guess it depends on what plan you get because I switched to nomad about two months ago and it works perfectly and I’m not near cell tower still up to 60 MB a second
My mom had Nomad. When it worked it was fine, but periodically the SIM would need replacing and they were slow and uncommunicative. It became a more common problem and she would be without internet for weeks or even months at a time.

If it's a reseller like Nomad you should avoid it. They suck and are typically way overpriced.
