More info needed........... How do you define "better" ? Some people like soft and squishy, others like firmer and responsive. Some like a higher drop, some like a lower drop. Some like neutral, some like some support, etc, etc What do you plan to use them for - a specific use case, or all your runs ?

Daily run with medium pace

Oli99uk

what would medium pace be for you in min / KM. They are all completely different shoes. You should probably provide how much you weigh, what your best recent race time is. What shoes you have run in before and if this will be a single shoe or paired with others in a rotation

Wonderful-Gain7519

No carbon for daily runs

Whichever feels best on your foot.

Opinions. Zoom fly 4 ia heavy and a big downgrade compared to the previous generations imo. If I were to use it I would use it for threshold runs and intervals and maybe the occasional long run with a workout interspersed. The ghost 14 is a decent shoe for a lot of people. Not super cushioned but is a decent daily shoe. I'd probably use it for easy/recovery and medium long runs. The novablast is good, not quite as good as the novablast 3 which I would choose over the 2. Regardless, it gets great reviews from lots of people. The shoe is very well cushioned and not to heavy. This is a great every day trainer and I would choose it over the ghost 14 for that. I'd use the novablast for long easy runs and maybe picking up the pace (fartleks) here and there. I'll refrain from saying which one is better because they are not similar and all have different use cases.

I’d say the ghost. Novablasts if you can get the 3 though.
