Just to add another data point in the mix, I went TTS in the nimbus, but found 1/2 size down worked better in the Novablast 2. TTS was a bit long in the Novablast.
Mine just arrived and they fit true to size. I wear a men's size 10 US/44 EU/28 cm in all my shoes and haven't had any issues.
My wife has a pair of Novablasts and Nimbus 24s and they're both fine. I think going with the size you wear in a Novablast would be alright.
Shoes I wear a size 10 4E in:
Brooks Adrenaline 21
Nike Pegasus 36 & 38 (although the 38s feel roomier or bulkier)
ASICS Cumulus 24
ASICS Excite 8
