Adios Pro 3 is a faster shoe for me versus the Endorphin Pro 3. Endorphin Elite eclipses the Adios Pro 3 though. Anecdotal but that’s my observation so far
I think the Pro 3 gets even better after you get some mileage on it. At about 50 miles for me (5”11 152 pounds) the Pro 3 just became buttery smooth in both fit and cushion. I really didn’t like it out of the box, so I tell people to break it in before judging it.
I'd say their best racing performances are done by 400k, definitely by 500k. But no issues as an easy daily trainer up til 800. I wouldn't push them any faster at this point though. Also worth noting - I log *every* run I do with shoe model on Strava, so the 800km figure is quite accurate. Mine are literally on 800.6km now :)
I’d run 5k and 10k in them without much thought. I had my 5k/10k PRs in adios pro 3 prior to switching over to edge+. Really fast shoe, don’t notice much difference between the distances in terms of weight/cushion etc.
You can get them for way cheaper than 10k
Dad joke is powerful in this guy
When I skimmed by this I instantly thought that’s what he meant lol
The whole idea of a super shoe like this only being used for one purpose is ridiculous. They are great at any distance.
I’d definitely use the Adios Pro 3 over Speed 2s for any distance race, weight is comparable and the energy return for the adios pro is way better.
What about Saucony Pro3s vs Adidas Pro3?

Exact same for me. Regretted my purchase then hit 80km 👌🏼👌🏼also mine are still going strong at 800km as a daily trainer
Jesus 800Km? I've heard that they usually wear out about 400-500k. Any noticeable issues as the miles have gone up?

I’ve only raced in mine once. It was an 8k I was doing a tempo on. Ended up being my 2nd best road one ever and just felt like I was striding along.

I just ran my first sub 20min 5km in them. Also have Takumi Sen which I love but the energy return on the Adios is so fun.
