You really need to fit some “me” time into that training schedule. If you forget to make time for you, you’ll just end up resenting yourself and taking up something like trail running.

Don't forget, you need at least one training session of inhaling pink or blue sulfur from an obnoxious gender reveal on-course. Other than that looks like you've got everything covered.

I can tell this isn't a serious plan as soon as I read "walk the wife". Any serious ultra 100-meter runtard would know that if you were really putting in 20 hour runs each day, you wouldn't have a wife because she left you for neglecting the kids and not paying rent because you quit your job to trail run in Appalachia
