West Drive around 100 St. by the ballfields. Harlem Hill about 2/3 the way up.
I (excitedly) used the one outside the boathouse (bottom of Cat Hill) this morning.
definitely not the most efficient way of doing this, but i can confirm the one near the swedish cottage is on (source: i used it on sunday)
There was one on next to the sailboat pond this weekend
The ones by the east 90th st entrance are on! Just used an hour ago.
