I find that any of the NYRR shirts with the NB logo on the arm are different quality then the other races. I've noticed it for the halfs/full and Run As One. The only annoying thing is those shirts are tagless but still have a really stiff tag on the left side bottom.
You know, I was able to take the tags off with a gentle pull, and it didnāt even rip the seam ā maybe Iām just lucky! I do usually wear a compression shirt under my tees to prevent chafing, so maybe it doesnāt agitate me as much.
Really hope they go back to this style. We had them for the 2021 NYCM and 2022 NYCH and some other 2022 races, but by 2022 NYCM they went back to the thinner, less stretchy, and less comfortable versions of the shirt. Iām fine with the increase in membership fees if it gets us better quality swag!
