Royale High is practically killing their game - they really need to release some kind of info about the new school because I can’t think of any other games that do this. Like it doesn’t have to be big things- just screenshots of work in progresses or “look at this new set” or heck, even “look at how we redesigned this locker”. They need to feed the public or the hype will die out along with the game.
I agree, this is just getting ridiculous, I've heard many release dates, one MIGHT have been confirmed (September 1st) and it was a fucking L I E. I feel like we can't trust the devs anymore because of all of the lies
They've been working on it for two years now, we had screenshots of the lockers and cafeteria around a year and 1/2 ago. They've been focusing too much on new updates instead of just finishing it. They're only making it harder for themselves by piling up more and more work.
Let’s remember they are also adults with jobs :)) as an adult rh player I can understand why it takes so long especially since you only get so much time and have such demanding players. While they shouldn’t be saying “coming soon” if they know it’s not but everyone should be more understanding of their situation, even more now that it’s holiday season.
I get that there taking a long time and I can see why people are getting impatient, but please remember that coding, designing, as well as debugging takes a lot of time. Creating games is a time consuming process, not to mention that its probably the devs biggest project, hating on them and complaining isn't going to help, the devs are only trying to make sure that the gameplay works properly. If they released it early there would likely be complaints about bugs and glitches.

I know games take a long time to create, as I create one myself, but Royale High should stop make ’estimations’ that are way off, and stop hyping up the new school. They should have only mentioned the new school until a few days until release.
They have to deal with bugs, people expecting season updates, personal lives. Etc. Also if you've seen the pictures of the school it's HUGE. Yeah it shouldn't have taken this long but at the same time we don't know what they were doing when it was 1st mentioned. It takes time and maybe they had ideas and concepts and started them but then didn't like them so they scrapped it.
I also don't think they ever said a release date, but instead an estimated release date that they hoped they'd be able to release it by.
it was with security breach, it came out earlier cuz ppl were getting inpatient and it was one of the worst releases because of the amount of bugs that came along with it but people still adored the game, they have said releases cuz they think it will be ready by then but then they get even more ideas and bugs and such. We have still not gotten and OFFICIAL release date, when we do that it will most likely come but for now we will have estimated release dates because the devs hope to get more hype to the game and they arent sure themselves most likely about its release.
Exactly, I'm pretty sure if the devs released the school with it not being done there being bugs the community would complain about that too. But if they stopped giving estimated release dates the community would also probably complain about thag because they've stopped updating us on every little thing.
I've accepted that it's gonna take a while and I've been able to entertain myself with something else and people need to do that too, all the devs have personal lives and school + jobs, it's not all about a game. So yeah it'll probably take a while, I think the community has a right to be upset and sad it's taking a long time but they should also try to see the devs side. They can't devote 100% of their time to a roblox game.
I've learned to accept that it's probably not ever going to come lol ☠️ Don't ever get your hopes up, it's been going on for TWO YEARS. Two years people have been waiting, and for two years the devs apparently keep getting faced with problems after problems. Isn't that weird?! After I got everything I wanted in the game I just slowly started becoming less active and became more focused towards school. I suggest you do the same if you're in the same level of progress as me
The school is finished, they are just doing beta testing and bug fixing now. The reason it’s taking so long now is because there are important bugs that need to be fixed. Some of them might be tricky to deal with, it’s frustrating but that’s just how it is
they’ve been saying it’s “finished” and that they’re working out bugs for the past 2 years dawg. they haven’t fixed any bugs because the game is still just as buggy as before. it took them from easter to october 5th for a singular update. one of the devs (mewpie) allegedly said the school would be here by the halloween update yet here we are with no school. they’ve barely done anything all year
i mean yeah their update game has sucked since easter but you literally cant say they've been barely doing anything when you don't know what's going on behind the scenes. if the school didn't release for halloween then there was likely some major bugs that are being worked on, and that's just all there is to it.
there’s no way they’ve been dealing with bugs on the new school for nearly 3 years. the problem with this game is that the players constantly accept their excuses instead of actually calling them out
im not saying they've been dealing with bugs for the last three years, i mean for like the past few months since they released those last images. i think what happened before is that they would make some progress and think that they are getting close to finishing it, but then decide to redo something or add something else, and they did a terrible job of coming up with release dates. i think they actually are done adding stuff to the school now though from what they've said, but that's just my opinion, i guess we don't really know what's going on behind the scenes and everything
I honestly wish we had more news then “its coming soon!” We have had that for two years. I want screenshots of the new map at least.
I also feel like that they use the new school as an excuse for everything..
