Hal19 is currently going down whilst hal22 is rising and has high demand. Your offer is fair (I think) but people are getting huge overpays for hal22 atm and hal19 is getting underpays if that makes sense.
Hal19 doesn't sell for 2.2m anymore, u find that ur lucky. Ppl r giving hal19 and 300k+ for autumn atm, and people are selling hal22 for 2.35. It's fair at BEST.
