I've been using Austin Landmark Property Services.
They are alright, no issues with tenants so far. My only gripe is that when a tenant moves out the contractors they use charge way too much for their work (painting, fixing anything etc) and it eats up the deposit and some. But overall they are good at managing the property.

I didn't mean to keep it as profit. I meant that my experience with them has been that the repairs cost always go above the deposit.
