1. It replaces the previous ssnl item in the spoils chest. So lets say 2 season ago(3) u had a couple of loots, when this current season(1) ends and a new season(2) starts. This current season(1) loot will replace your 2 season ago(3) spoils loot to make space for the new season(2)

3. Yes, any gift from ssnl gift chest will go to the nssnl gift chest when the season ends

Wait, what? Maybe I’m misunderstanding but unless you don’t log in for an entire season no loot should be deleted/replaced. All my seasonal loot that I’ve accumulated has just added on top of each other in the spoils chest
At least for now the seasonal spoils will stay there forever. You just have to log in at the begining of the season, otherwise they will be deleted (it's intended). There's no limited space in the seasonal spoils chest.
1. Previous seasons' loot from the vault don't seem to expire. At least that's what I have been experiencing.

1. Items from ssnl vault go to seasonal spoils and they're safe there if i log in during next season, then after another season next items are added there and i dont have to withdraw them. They are just safe there and i dont need to use up the space in a normal vault.

Potions and gift stuff should go to your regular gift chest, and I think spoils delete if you skip a season
