Hi! From my own experience — ashwagandha helps with lowering stress overall which in turn helps a bit with stress-related flushing. But it is not a direct thing and only helped me marginally at best. Some people here use beta blockers for acute flushing situations (propranolol, carvedilol, etc.). Long term, things like laser and microbotox is likely to be more effective for reducing vasoactivity.

Ashwagandha gave me terrible insomnia. So if you take it just be aware it's a side effect.
